We are hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The right candidate will have strong medical knowledge, great customer service skills and the ability to manage patient information and maintain an organized medical office. It's important that the individual can work well under pressure, take initiative and work independently. Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls.
• Greet visitors and patients and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Confer with patients to determine nature of business and whether an appointment is necessary.
• Prepare patient charts and records for physicians' use.
• Operate office machines and equipment for recording, transcribing, filing, and retrieving data.
• Provide general clerical support to office personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
