Center Operations

We are looking for candidates that are available throughout Summer & Fall of 2023 and into 2024. (no summer only candidates). Mathnasium is open 3pm-7pm, Monday -Thursday, and from 12pm-3pm on Saturdays. Instructor must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays, preferably 3-4 weekdays, Monday-Thursday.

Math Instructor / Tutor:

A math-only learning center in Diamond Bar has an opening for a math instructor to work with students in K-12th grade. Curriculum and materials are pre-determined for each student, and instructor will apply the teaching methods presented during training. Instructor will also help students with their homework and test preparation.

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional math skills through Algebra I
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
• Energetic and confident personality
• Should have basic knowledge of high level math, including Geometry and Algebra 2. Higher level courses such as Trig, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus is helpful. The more you know, the better.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
