Job description
Responsibilities:
As the nursing home Marketing Director, your job is to coordinate advertising for the facility. Aside from creating and running marketing campaigns to attract new residents and get attention from the families of potential residents, you spend time creating regular marketing overviews, identifying strategies to increase occupancy, and working on outreach to the community.
- Respond to patient referrals
- Conduct pre-screening of potential patients to determine their eligibility for admission
- Review medical records
- Promote our services to qualified patients and their family members or caregivers
- Hone relationships with local hospitals, hospices etc
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of the senior living industry and personal experience with branding companies.
- Well-organized and familiar with creating and running a marketing campaign.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective Communicator
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Compassionate working with the geriatric population
Requirements:
Degree in a related field is desirable
Experience as a LTC marketer
Clinical Background is very helpful
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance payer systems
Experience:
management: 1 year (Preferred)
marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
