Job Summary

Same Sun of Vermont, a dynamic solar design and installation company based in Rutland, VT is seeking a renewable energy enthusiast as a Marketing Coordinator to help plan/implement and create content for our marketing and advertising activities, as well as help with Customer Service and Operations/Sales Support. * A resume, cover letter AND writing sample are required for consideration. Responsibilities include:

• Write content for web/print/social media;
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities;
• Assist creation of advertising materials (e.g. brochures, newsletters, on-line ads);
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns;
• Plan and organize promotional events;
• Greeting call and walk-ins to qualify new customer prospects;
• Assist with customer process for solar projects;
• File and CRM data management for sales and production pipelines;
• Periodic research or other projects.

Working knowledge of one or more of the following a plus: Microsoft Office, CRM or Database software, Wordpress Content Management, Adobe Creative Suite or other Design/Presentation, Sketch-Up or other CAD.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Large workspaces: 5-7 employees work at one time in 3,000 square foot office, plenty of room to keep social distance.
