Princeton, NJ, USKey Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the North American consumer fragrances market by working close with Regional Marketing lead(s)
- Develop strong partnerships with critical cross functional partners (including, but not limited to, Technical, Sales, Consumer Insights, Fragrance Development and Perfumers)
- Monitor new product launches to be used for various assets such as trend presentations, digital content, olfactive and marketing analysis
- Learn to build foundational pieces of presentations with the ability to see the big picture, while remaining detail-oriented
- Understand and utilize market and consumer data to support trends
- Contribute to global category plans, global client strategy and concept development, and marketing support activities.
- Communicate effectively and clearly to internal and external teams
- Strong presentation skills
- Understanding of trends – pop culture, art, design, home, beauty and flavor trends
- Ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
- Eye for design and layout; Graphic Design ability a huge plus
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Good communication skills to easily navigate in a global, multicultural and matrix environment.

- REQUIRED – Bachelor’s degree required with 1 year of experience; ideally with fragrance, consumer package goods or advertising experience
