The Marina Attendant assists members and guests while utilizing marina equipment, participates in marina activities and maintains the cleanliness of the marina and facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs routine daily maintenance and cleanliness of marina, and facilities.

• Communicates daily with the Yard Manager to discuss the activities that need to be completed.

• Ensures that marina usage rules are followed by members, guests, and other associates.

• Able to perform outside work, including but not limited to, minor dock work, bottom painting boats, power washing boats, the ability to operate small machinery when maneuvering boats.

• Performs other related duties as directed by the Yard Manager or Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions to ensure proper boat usage and equipment handling.

• Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to work as a team member.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to talk, hear and speak with others using clear, friendly and professional language. Must be able to endure long periods of sitting, standing or walking in a hot, humid environment. Will be occasionally required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
