Job description
The Manufacturing Specialist is to work within a technical support group providing technical leadership to the group and as individuals. The ME Tech will provide technical and nontechnical support in the areas of resource management; process development & documentation; project management; continuous improvement; documentation control; compliance to all Company policies and procedures. The ME Tech will provide the plant with production support and cross-train team members in manufacturing engineering and quality engineering skills.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Advanced technical training or associate degree in a technical discipline preferred. 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership and technical responsibilities. Experience implementing and supporting TS16949 requirements. Computer literate. Knowledge of SPC. Strong communication skills
