Hollywood Blvd Cinema is a locally owned dine-in-theater concept that offers our guests first run film releases, an extensive menu, and a full-service bar with a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Complete with a Hollywood Museum and special events.
We are searching for self-motivated, fast paced, organized managers and supervisors that are good at people! All managers/supervisors are hired on a management training basis. Based on your skill level and the way in which you fit with our cast & crew multiple management and supervisor positions are available.

Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude with a smile
- A willingness to learn new things
- Be willing to go the extra mile to help our guests and your team members
- At least one year of people leadership experience within hospitality industry, preferably full service fast casual concept
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team as well as lead a large number of employees
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines without the need to be told every step
- Ability to be present at work as scheduled, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Problem solving skills and willingness to make sure every guest & employee has a wonderful experience
- Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift 25lbs, with or without accommodations.
Role details:
The following tasks are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive, other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Assumes responsibility for the supervision of Front of House service teams.
- Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation. Maximize bar profitability by ensuring portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges.
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues; assist in maintaining security systems; assist in maintaining parking lot and walkways.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Your Pay:
- Starting at $50,000 annually, based on you experience
