Framatome is seeking a Manager, IT Customer Services & Assets for our Old Forest Road office in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides strategic direction for the structure and administration of the IT Customer Services function.
• Ensures optimum levels of customer service and responsiveness through training and performance metrics.
• Monitors the effectiveness of the structure, strategies, methods, performance, procedures, staffing, technology and measurements of the department.
• Provides routine and ad hoc reports to executives and senior management, including process efficiencies.
• Serves on corporate change management and project management teams.
• Develops an annual strategic business plan for Customer Services; monitors monthly progress toward goals.
• Assists in developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within Framatome.
• Provides direction, decisions and escalations for asset requests outside of the Framatome standards.
• Serves as Problem Manager responsible for administering ITIL best practice guidelines.
• May serve on international committees to assist with the globalization of IT services and processes.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science or a related field preferred, or significant related experience in lieu of degree plus a minimum of 10 years or relevant experience in IT support, technical administration or a closely related field of work

• Strong customer service focus with proven problem resolution skills
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Good working knowledge of needed PC-based applications such as Excel, Word, Access, Project, etc.
• Able to manage multiple projects under time constraints.

Our total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $106,000 - $143,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
