We anticipate that individuals within the management trainee program will be eligible for a promotion to an Assistant Manager role within 4-6 months!

Purple Eagle Spas currently owns and operates 18 Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchises across the country. We started with just 1 location in 2019! We are searching for motivated, reliable and sales-oriented Management Trainees to join our organization. The Management Trainee's responsibilities in addition to mastering and executing our sales process include; completing all assigned tasks, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle guest complaints, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to multiple locations, providing support and suggestions for improvement, assist the manager in updating records, and preparing documentation. You should also be able to complete any required evaluations. Travel amongst local locations is a requirement, however travel opportunities to other locations throughout the U.S. while not required are potentially available to the right candidates upon completion of the program.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Master our sales process and lead by example.
• Sell memberships
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and new guests.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting sales goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
• Traveling to different local locations

Management Trainee Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for people and personal growth.
• Enthusiasm for sales.
• Ability to travel between many locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
