Requirements:
- Excellent communication with supervisors and customers
- Ability to set and complete scheduled tasks
- Motivation, and a commitment to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Driver's license
Our Maintenance Technician II's are responsible for a wide variety of maintenance issues including:
- Painting
- Drywall repairs
- Repairing/replacing toilets, sinks, water heaters, and showers
- Installing appliances
- Sprinkler repair

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
