Perform preventative maintenance tasks

Diagnose and make repairs in a breakdown situation

Work in a safe and orderly manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas

Maintain and analyze preventative and repair records for improvement

Maintain work and inspection paper work on all forklifts

Prepare proper tools, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete driven tasks.

Any additional assignments or duties as required
