Apartment Complex in Loris SC is looking for a part time maintenance technician.
Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, cleaning, carpentry, etc. may be needed at any time.
Must be willing to carry an emergency telephone. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and some tools and be able to pass background check and drug test. Must have good work references.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
