Job Title: Maintenance Person

Experienced maintenance person needed for community association on Longboat Key. Need basic plumbing, irrigation, carpentry skills.

We are a 10-acre property on Longboat Key with a 37-boat slip marina and 425 feet of beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Training would be with our current maintenance person who will be going to part-time hours. We sub-contract our pool and lawn maintenance. Responsibilities would be to maintain all Association common area water and electric systems and assist owners with initial diagnosis of any unit related issues.

Other duties to include ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs for property including common area elements, building exteriors, downspouts, parking spaces, signs, fencing, lighting and policing of common area grounds. Be aware of all contractors working on the property and report general conditions to the manager.

Vacation, sick pay, personal days, holidays.

Salary $33,000 to $38,500 to start depending on experience.
