Duties:

• Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
• Capable of training others on tasks.
• Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
• Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
• Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
• Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical circuits on a variety packaging, Production and Facility equipment up to 480v
• Will troubleshoot control systems from PLC to HMI to automated valves, servos, and controls
• Perform Preventative and Predictive maintenance tasks daily as scheduled.
• Perform corrective maintenance electrically and mechanically on production and facility equipment

Years of experience/education and/or certifications required:

• Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?

• Troubleshoot circuits and controllers up to 480v 3 phase
• Familiarity with VFD’s, HMI’s and various PLC controls
• Some Mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Good to excellent documentation skills

What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?

• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired

• Very clean, Safe and environmentally controlled
• Working with a professional Maintenance team

Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required?

• Monday through Friday 8 hrs.
• Start 6:30am and end 3:00 pm

• No – Onsite only

Salary: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
