Maintenance Position

Transglobal Door, Carey, Ohio

Local company seeking experienced maintenance person to support new product line at our Carey facility. Applicant must be highly motivated and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.

Job Duties:

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

- Develop and perform preventive maintenance activities as needed to minimize unplanned downtime of production equipment

- Perform facility maintenance as required

- Assist in the installation/start-up of new equipment

- Build fixtures, templates and tooling to aid and improve production efficiency

- Perform preventive maintenance activities as required to ensure safety systems are active and effective

- Build and install guarding and safety systems as required to ensure the safe operation of production equipment

- Perform all duties in compliance with LOTO and Transglobal Safety Policy expectations

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 5 years experience in multi-discipline maintenance

- Basic machining/fabricating/welding skills

- Experience in troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems

- Experience in mechanical repair, including hydraulics/pneumatics

- Experience in basic construction/facility maintenance

- Compliance in Electrical Safety Procedures / Arc Flash Safety

- Compliance in Lock Out – Tag Out procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
