Atlantic Hotels Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure our guests’ satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. As Maintenance Technician, you will work with the Chief Engineer to maintain the hotel buildings, grounds, and mechanical equipment by providing preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance requests.
Responsibilities Include:
- Carrying out preventative maintenance program
- Resolve work orders in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain hotel equipment
- Swimming pool
- Hotel laundry
- Hotel kitchen equipment
- Boilers
- Air handlers
- General maintenance of hotel public areas and guest rooms
- Painting
- Caulking
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Ensure Safety & Security of hotel team members and guests by performing regular property walks, drills, and trainings
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality maintenance or related field
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to utilize basic technology
- Flexible Schedule: will require weekends and, at times, evenings
