AMCS is currently looking for experienced maintenance technicians for our Goose Creek Property to join the rest of our team of professionals. Primary responsibility includes hands on maintenance of the property including the inspection and repair of general maintenance of the interior and exterior areas. Knowledge in: HVAC, Universal or Type 2 certification, electrical, plumbing and Appliances is required. People skills is a must.Must have your own tools, reliable transportation required.
