Job Description

A coffee manufacturing company in Everett is hiring machine operators to join their team. This position involves the operation of coffee grinding equipment and testing the product to ensure quality. Job duties may include:

• Operating the grinding machine and product elevators
• Adjusting the machine to meet proper grind specifications
• Performing quality testing for density, moisture, and grind consistency. Recording results
• Use scales and other measures
• Clean grinders, pans, and other equipment informing maintenance if needed

Qualifications

• Basic experience with hand tools
• Basic computer skills and understanding of data entry
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to read and write in English
• Manufacturing experience required
• Previous machine operating experience in a food production environment is a plus
