About the Role:
The Machine Operator (MO) is responsible for providing support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the department. You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- The machine operator must be able to read, understand and follow the daily production schedule which will inform them of what will be run during each MO`s shift.
- Inform Supervisor or any other Management personnel of ANY Food Safety or Quality issues or of any processes which become noncompliant with specified requirements
- Use of the Machine Operator’s Handbook which includes
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Line Three, 2nd shift, which operates from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday. This includes some mandatory overtime Saturdays when Production needs demand.
