Job description
Pinnacle Medical Group, a part of Optum, has a need for LVN to work in our training department. The position is located in our Rialto clinic. There will be some travel required between clinic sites in the Inland Empire. The LVN must be IV Certified and is required to have a current BLS, ACLS, and PALS with American Heart Association. The training team supports all new hire training in the EHR system, works with the Providers and Staff on system changes and ongoing learning. Prior training experience preferred but not required. Duties include but are limited to the following:
- Train on practice work flows
- Assist with training in the EHR system
- Review and monitor department quality controls for accuracy and completion
- Assist with audits
- Cover the practices as needed
