Crew Members serve guests by greeting them with a smile, taking accurate food orders (majority outside in the drive-thru on an Ipad), completing transactions at the cash register, keeping the restaurant clean, and looking for ways to care for them in a personalized manner. Ideal Chick-fil-A Team Members are proactive, personable, have a sense of urgency, exhibit integrity, and have a growth mindset.

Requirements:

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Must have Lunch availability (10:30am-2:30pm), minimum
• Must work 10 hrs. minimum per week, 2-3 days approximately
• Consistent Availability
• No seasonal opportunities available, this would continue into the school year etc.

Applicants must be able to:

• Stand for 5 hours at a time.
• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 30 pounds.
• Work the entire shift outside the restaurant in all seasons and temperatures.
• Consistently multitask
• Work under pressure at a fast pace.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication.
