ASR is seeking LPNs for Highly rated Skilled Nursing Facilities in Port Washington, NY

All shifts available: 7am-3pm,3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, MUST HAVE SOME WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Full Time and Part Time schedule available

Documents needed:

• LPN License
• Physical with PPD and MMR
• Vaccine card
• IDs
