The Company: Associated Skin Care Specialists offers comprehensive medical and surgical skin care for all ages, our dermatologists and support staff are known for providing a dedicated and compassionate approach with patients and employees alike.

The Position: We’re looking for a full-time medical support staff (LPN, CST or CMA). GAP year pre-professional (i.e. pre-med, pre-PA) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

§ Assist and/or observe dermatologists with patient care procedures. Assist with cosmetic dermatology procedures such as laser treatments and light therapy.

§ Ensure all open lines of communication between patients, staff and physicians with demonstrated professionalism, efficiency and confidentiality.

§ Act as a liaison between patients and providers to address and/or resolve problems, questions and concerns including test results and prescription renewals.

§ Prepare patients/rooms for physical examinations; interview patients to obtain medical histories; assist with EHR documentation; explain treatment procedures and aftercare.
