Yellowstone Structural Systems (YSS),is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. YSS is a Veteran owned regional leader in the geotechnical construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete leveling industry.

What You Would Do:

• Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our installations running.
• Ensure production crews have everything they need to be successful at their installation; including accurate and timely communication about job details, preparing for any special needs of an installation, coordinating utility locates, etc.
• Provide tactical support to the production department and the YSS leadership team.
• Promptly handle all scheduling to include-scheduling production crews efficiently, communicating with customers about schedule changes and adjustments, working closely with the sales team on all projects and tracking progress
• Stay in close communication with our customers for each project checking on quality issues, meeting special requests, and ensuring that they are continuously informed.
• Coordinate and ensure all paperwork, data-entry, and correspondence regarding every job proposal is accurate and timely from the time of sale to project completion.
• Continually look for ways to improve the customer experience and communicate with the leadership team about any training opportunities discovered during the installation process.

What We Need for this Role:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must live in the Bozeman/Belgrade area of Montana
• In office position-not a remote position
• Demonstrable experience in logistics, scheduling, administration, and/or customer service
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to see the big picture while having a high attention to every detail
• Aptitude for problem-solving and resourcefulness

• Proficiency in computer applications required.
