Logistician and Property Manager

DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a logistician and property manager to support various aspects of logistics functions for a government client in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support various aspects of logistics functions and shall keep leadership informed of logistics concerns/issues, and coordinate with course chairpersons to identify equipment requirements.
• Manage a fleet of GSA vehicles of approximately 95 fleet vehicles across multiple locations, identify vehicle maintenance issues, monitor warranties, schedule maintenance and/or repair appointments, coordinate vehicle replacements, maintain vehicle logs, coordinate to obtain state vehicle registration and license plates for fleet vehicles, and perform other related tasks as requested by the Government.
• Manage space allocation regarding the fleet and vehicles, as well as prepare reports for inventories and inspections, as required.
• Assist in maintaining an organized property and supply warehouse, assist in performing order tracking, and inventory reconciliation.

• Assist with developing/maintaining a property management and hand receipt program, maintaining records for accountability and maintenance of property and supplies. conducting inspections of inventories, property, and equipment; securing common access equipment when not in use; and coordinating the turn-in of equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and property management.
• Have experience managing a large vehicle fleet, or experience managing large programs or projects (similar in complexity to managing a 95-vehicle fleet).
• US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
