Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Lobby Attendant's to join our exceptional team at a competitive pay rate ($15-17/HR DOE) plus benefits (PTO, Vacation, Holiday and Health Insurance) for Full-Time associates.

The Lobby Attendant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all assigned public and lobby areas including public restrooms, business center, front desk, lobby and lounge areas as well as performing special cleaning assignments and doing Room Attendant duties as necessary.

Essential Functions

• Cleans and maintains all lobby areas and public restrooms.
• Sweeps and mops lobby entrance areas and vacuums carpet areas.
• Empties any ashtrays and/or urns.
• Polishes the furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuums and polishes the elevators.
• Keeps the front of the hotel free of trash and debris.
• Polishes the lobby floor during at night.
• Keeps the back area of the front desk clean and organized.
• Keeps all public areas clean, organized, vacuumed and dusted.
• Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and in good condition free of markings.
• Removes all trash from assigned areas.
• Periodically checks all lobby restrooms and wash areas.
• Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels in the lobby restrooms and wash areas.
• Makes sure all surfaces are clean, tidy and organized.
• Arranges all cushions properly on any lobby sofas and/or furniture.
• Responds to any guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
• Assists guests with their questions and directs them to proper areas of the Hotel.
• Takes care of all the cleaning equipment used in the lobby.
• Complies with attendance rules and is available to work on a regular basis.
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Physical Mobility and stamina required.
• Ability to follow instructions
• Detail-oriented
• Professional attitude is required
• Ability to work independently
