We are currently seeking a Team Lead Loan Processor at our East Village location in Des Moines, Iowa. The Team Lead Loan Processor helps to organize and lead all aspects of the Bank’s loan administration function ensuring proper support for the delivery and tracking of consumer and commercial loans. This position is responsible for helping to ensure the Bank maintains adequate credit, compliance and operational risk procedures to ensure full compliance with all banking laws and regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Candidates that express an interest in this invitation must have· aBachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or other business related field of study; a minimum of seven years’ experience in consumer, real estate or commercial loan administration, including loan documentation processing and loan accounting operations or equivalent bank review/audit experience; proven management, leadership and coaching skills; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong decision making, analytical, and problem solving skills; strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and the ability to work within deadlines; demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask with frequent interruptions; ability to research and understand commercial real estate lending and banking regulations; computer, data entry, 10-key, telephone, fax machine, and copy machine; proficient computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
