Position Description ::
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of learning design models and principles; instructional design principles and techniques
- Knowledge of e-Learning tools, learning management systems; programming languages
- Knowledge of curriculum design
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, coordination of people and resources; of project management principles and practices
- Knowledge of training and development procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications for data management.
- Knowledge and familiarity with data systems, processes and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of public administration and management techniques.
- Knowledge of program planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of Project Management practices, principles, and processes.
- Skill in using applicable software.
- Skill in designing graphics and instructional content.
- Skill in business, program, and systems analysis.
- Skill in developing goals, objectives, and procedures to monitor and evaluate progress.
- Skill in writing analyses, documentation, and reports.
- Skill in organizing and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences verbally and in writing.
- Skill in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and negotiating and implementing solutions.
- Skill in translating complex technical information verbally and in writing for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to formulate learning objectives.
- Ability to apply instructional design principles.
- Ability to develop training objective.
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Ability to assess training needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Ability to provide guidance to others.
- Ability to prepare concise, accurate reports.
- Ability to develop and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Ability to write and revise standards and procedures.
Qualification:
- Required four years' experience with authoring tools.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment is generally preferred.
- Preferred minimum of four or more years' experience in the field of Learning Management System administration.
- Preferred Business Analysis and or project management/project coordination experience.
