We are a small Plaintiff’s firm that handles insurance bad faith cases. We are currently seeking to hire someone for our Phoenix office.

We are looking to hire a Paralegal who has 5-7 years of complex, document-intensive civil litigation experience who is ready to take on case management responsibility. Alternatively, looking to hire a Legal Assistant with some litigation experience, including experience with filing in Superior and Federal Courts, familiarity with calendaring and litigation deadlines, file management, and who is interested in learning and growing into a litigation Paralegal position.

Qualifications

• Extensive Civil litigation paralegal experience OR
• 2+ years’ experience as a Civil litigation Legal Assistant
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with software programs such as Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams.

Competitive compensation package based on experience. Cover letter encouraged and references required. Will consider out of state remote work for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
