Job description
Annapolis law firm looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to their Medical Malpractice team. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years litigation paralegal experience. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Duties will include:
- Drafting minor pleadings and, legal documents
- Scheduling experts and witnesses for depositions
- Analyze, review, organize medical records and reports
- Working with experts to provide them with records, pleadings, and other documentation
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Assist attorneys prepare for depositions
- Assist with preparing witnesses and experts for depositions and trials
- Prepare for trials and provide assistance at trial
