Job Profile Summary: Delivers clean linen to designated stocking areas. Collects and launders soiled linen. Stocks linen throughout the facility and on linen carts. May track linen usage in daily log.
Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Delivers clean linen to stock areas.
- Ensures proper levels of linen are maintained in the stock areas.
- Collects soiled linen.
- Launders soiled linen using washer and dryer.
- Ensures carts are prepared and ready for delivery and reuse.
- Remaining linen is stored in linen room.
- Empties bins to accommodate soiled linen.
- May track linen usage in daily log.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred or 6 months similar work experience
- 0 to 2 years of health care linen experience or high school diploma/GED required
Physical Demands
Medium Work:
Lifting weight Up to 50 lbs. occasionally, Up to 25 lbs. frequently

This is a Day Evening position that can be scheduled 5am-1:30pm and or 1pm-9:30pm Monday through Friday . Weekend rotation 2 and 4 Day/ Evening position that can be scheduled 5am-1:30pm and or 1pm-9:30pm.
