Job Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to the residents at Grandview Nursing and Rehab. This includes but is not limited to the dispensing of medication, wound care, collection of laboratory samples, patient assessments and charting.

Job Requirements:

• Current PA - LPN license
• Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
• Geriatric care experience a plus
• Must pass Criminal background check
