Overview

Boston Barbell is a top tier strength and conditioning facility located in Billerica, Massachusetts. We specialize in powerlifting, bodybuilding and functional strength training. We offer customized training and nutrition plans to clientele at all levels of fitness and training acumen. Whether you are a nationally ranked powerlifter or a stay at home mother, your needs will be tended to by industry leading staff. We also believe in the importance of recovery and provide additional manual therapy services to our clients.

Position

Manual Therapist and Strength Coach

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60 to 90 minute manual therapy sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients through manual therapy, group training sessions and one-on-one personal training to provide exceptional results
• Design effective training protocols for all clients in line with the Boston Barbell training methodology
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure its availability for other manual therapists, coaches and clients
• Attend all staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Maintain a social media presence to generate new client leads and engage with existing members

Requirements

• Applicant is required to be a licensed Massage Therapist and provide proof of licensing
• Applicant is required to have or be willing to obtain a personal training certification (NASM CPT, ACE, NSCA-CPT, etc), and such licensure will be reimbursed by Boston Barbell
• Applicant should be passionate in the pursuit of their own personal fitness
• Applicant should be CPR/AED Certified
