Our Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a marketing and sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Commercial & Home insurance business. We are a fast paced Agency and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:

· A track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales OR experience in the insurance industry. 1-2 years sales experience is required.

· The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals

· The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

· Property & Casualty Insurance License required

· 1 year insurance industry experience required

· Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

· The ability to multi-task and handle pressure

· A goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset

· A team-player approach and a can-do attitude
