Earning potential: $80k-$100k+ OTE

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative position:

• P&C licensed preferred (having the license once hired is required)

• Sales experience or a client facing background

• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and high ethical standards

• Must be coachable

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)

• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

• Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed goals each month

• Organized with pipeline management experience

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative position:

• Develop insurance quotes

• Make sales presentations to prospects

• Nurture and close leads (provided)

• Establish client relationships and follow-up with clients

• Understand prospect needs and identify sales opportunities

• Stay educated and informed about competitive products and services

• Achieve high sales targets

• Be a positive player on a tight knit team
