Employment Status: Contract Employee 1099, Full Time/Part Time

Reports to: Studio Owner

Job Description and Summary:

• Our Estheticians are responsible for providing services related to the skin appearance such as facial and body skin care to our clients.
• Other treatments applied by our Estheticians are facial massages, makeup, eyelash extension application and body contouring.
• You may be required to check in clients as they arrive and to also schedule new appointments.
• Our Estheticians may also be required to answer the telephone and must have the knowledge to answer any questions clients or potential clients might have.
• Our Estheticians must have product knowledge and be able to assist clients in advising which type(s) of product to purchase.
• They will also be in charge of general maintenance and cleaning of the studio rooms and all staff only areas.

Duties of our Esthetician include: Key Responsibilities (in no particular order):

• Perform all studio services reflective of Kueen Esthetique protocols.
• Assess each client's skin condition, appearance and other characteristics then advise clients about skin care in general and how to care for problem areas in particular.
• Provide facial and other skin treatments using Kueen Esthetiques products and techniques.
• Advise clients and sell skin care products.
• Advise clients about Kueen Esthetique make-up line and teach clients how to apply make-up.
• Eyelash extension application full-sets and fills - classic, volume and mega volume; hybrid.
• Setup and take down of esthetics rooms after performing services.
• Stocking and restocking studio rooms upon studio opening and in between appointments when necessary.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all products that we sell
• Collect laundry to fold and put away when time permits.
• Familiarize with all aspects of Studio Vagaro software
• Schedule, cancel and adjust client appointments,
• Answering telephones when needed
• Checking in and out clients and if necessary rebook appointments. (Always ask if they want to pre-book)
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the studio
• Perform support duties for other staff

• Highly dependable with experience in Time Management; to arrive 30 minutes before first appointment to ensure studio room is stocked and ready for all upcoming appointments; can perform services within allotted appointment time with ease and efficiency; not making the client feel rushed or hurried; the ability to maximize schedule for client appointments.

Required Education

• Texas Cosmetologist or Esthetician License
• Eyelash Extension Certification

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
