Your role:
As our Office Manager, you’ll be a vital member of our Leadership Team and have responsibility for ensuring the company’s coordinated efforts for smooth and effective tax resolution. You’ll fulfill both operational and strategic roles, manage elements of the staff, and establish an administrative strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business that’s in alignment with our vision, our values and our brand.

What you'll do:
· Be the point person in our client resolution process by using our CRM and related templates to guide staff through the tax resolution process
· Assist in some tax resolution services for our clients including but not limited to installment agreements, offer-in-compromise, audit support, abatement requests, collection defense services and file appeals in United States Tax Court and state taxing agencies
· Work with staff attorneys in civil litigation (tax) by assisting or preparing documents, pleadings and motions
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
· Contact (call or email) potential clients and existing clients for needed information
· Assist in the managing of owner’s schedules, calendars and appointments
· Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying and reconciling information, reports and billings
· Answer tax and accounting questions by researching and interpreting the underlying facts and law
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; participating in professional organizations
· Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
· Maintenance of a case log and/or file for reference and review
What you'll need:
- High technical skills with hardware and software
- An associate degree or certificate or the equivalent (proven office management or administrative experience) in a finance, insurance, accounting or law office setting
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- United States residency and eligibility to work in the United States
