Job description

We are looking for a Lead Gardner to oversee the grounds maintenance at a large commercial property in Wasilla. Responsibilities include monitoring the health of all shrubs, watering and fertilizing plant and turf, trimming trees and shrubs, hedging, weeding and keeping grounds clear of debris and litter. You must have extensive experience in the use and maintenance of landscaping equipment including but not limited to power hedgers, edgers, blowers and fertilizer spreaders. In summary you will making sure the grounds are healthy, green and beautiful. Pesticide applicator license a plus.

This is a seasonal position starting now and working through October.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Gardening: 1 year (Required)
