We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our First Class team!

Position Summary: Our HVAC lead installer will change out and install residential heating and air conditioning systems to First Class standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers/helpers to maintain high quality and timely job performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum two (2) years of proven HVAC installation experience
• Self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented
• Must be EPA Certified
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DMV check

Hourly wage + performance bonuses available
