Responsibilities:

• Complete all general Electrical in-home service calls.

• Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions.

• Know how to establish customer rapport to help homeowners and offer the right products and services.

• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best payment plan options and maintenance plans.

• Recognize the opportunity within adversity, and find options where others fail to see a solution.

• Understand homeowners made appointments with GEN3 because they want to buy a service from you and hold yourself accountable to ethical revenue goals.

• Be professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the business's overall success.

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.

• Choose to be excellent every day.

• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Electric - 4+ Years

• Knowledgeable of local Electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.

• Hands-on training and work are required.

• Familiar with electrical applications, including the ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints and other diagrams.

• Clean, safe driving record.

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication

• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

• Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• A competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

• Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude in life.
