Job description

We are a fun, rewarding and innovative small business in Frederick, CO in search of a Commercial Janitor who will perform evening light-duty cleaning in commercial buildings as well as perform as Lead by filling in when direct reports are sick/off and performing inspections to ensure standards are exceeded.

Personal Buildings will be cleaned Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday or Saturdays for a total of 8 hours per week. Additional duties will require additional time and will vary. Buildings can be accessed evenings between 5p-11p and Saturdays 5a-11p.

Cleaning/Janitorial/Custodian and/or Lead Roles are preferred. We will train the right person. We do provide all materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, equipment, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Light-duty cleaning consists of wiping down desks, counter tops, bathrooms, breakrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
