Our Retreat Attendants are the key to the Massage Heights experience. As a Retreat Attendant, you will keep the Retreat prepped and ready to provide the best overall experience to our Guests and Team Members by overseeing the Retreat cleanliness and laundry services. The maintenance of our Retreat is in your hands. We are looking for a Rockstar to join our Massage Heights Bulverde Rd & 1604 Team!

We are seeking candidates that have a largely open schedule and reliable transportation. Candidates will have a primary location they are scheduled at but must be able to travel to any of our five San Antonio locations (Alamo Heights, Bandera, Leon Springs, Bulverde Marketplace, and Shavano Park) if needed. Candidates must be able to work 2-5 shifts per week, including weekends and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, and fold laundry
• Clean machines and surrounding areas
• Keep Team Retreat clean, sweep and mop
• Vacuum hallways at closing
• Keep restrooms stocked and clean
• Remove all trash from Retreat at closing
• Perform any other job related duties
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Be people oriented and able to communicate effectively with Team and Guests when needed
• Ability to prioritize and organize work
• Must have reliable transportation to commute between all five of our area locations. (Alamo Heights, Bandera, Leon Springs, Bulverde Marketplace, and Shavano Park)
• Must be available to work 2-5 shifts per week with those shifts being weekend and evenings shifts.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads and stand for long periods of time
• Must have outstanding internal customer service with Team <embers and problem-solving skills
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must have the ability to objectively receive feedback and integrate it into your work
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
