Patient Service Representative / Patient Account Manager (1 FT position)

Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative or Patient Account Manager in our Langhorne, PA location.

The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare work orders
• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
• Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
• Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Assure flow of service
• Complete other duties as assigned
