Compensation: $21.69 ($16.89 Wage+$4.80 Fringes) Full Time

The following responsibilities represent the essential functions of the position:

• Experience on Zero turn mower.
• Use riding mower, trim, and edge.
• Apply fertilizer at specified rates to turf and plants to enhance growth.
• Sweep and blow walkway of debris.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures and minor repairs on equipment utilized in grounds

keeping.

• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.

Qualifications:

• Two years of related experience in a landscaping or grounds maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Attention to detail
• Pass drug test
