Number of Hours: Part Time (20-30 per week), Seasonal (Spring – Fall)

Anticipated Start Date: May 1-15

Compensation: Begins at $12.00/hr, based on experience

Reports to: Site Manager/Asst. Site Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Landscaping Maintenance Worker - responsible for performing basic landscaping duties, such as mowing lawns, trimming, edging, cleaning up debris, and ensuring that outdoor spaces are clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate must be a reliable and hardworking individual who is committed to providing excellent service. This person should have a history of following directions very well and be capable of working on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, trim, edge sidewalks, and prune trees as needed
• Remove leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns and outdoor spaces
• Water plants and trees as needed, maintain Jurassic Golf water features/areas
• Ensure that outdoor spaces are free of litter and debris
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintain inventory of supplies and communicate to management for reordering
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests
• Comply with safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with custodial duties - such as cleaning bathrooms, restocking paper products, clearing trash receptacles
• Assist with miscellaneous site maintenance tasks as assigned and under the supervision of the Site Manager & Assistant Site Manager
• Additional tasks as needed - related to site maintenance or daily operation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with basic landscaping maintenance and operation of basic landscaping equipment is preferred - training and protective equipment provided
• Ability and stamina to physically operate landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers for extended periods of time during summer heat
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions closely
• Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Should have reliable transportation
• Reliable time management skills
• Weekend availability preferred, not required
