POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing accurate and detailed estimates for landscape projects, ensuring that all costs are accounted for, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape design, horticulture, and estimating.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for site surveying, putting grades on plan and reporting on existing conditions.
• Responsible for writing accurate and detailed estimates for landscape projects.
• Provide exceptional service to our clients.
• Prepare detailed estimates for landscape projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure that estimates accurately reflect the project requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for materials and equipment.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and proposals.
• Ensure that all estimates are submitted in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional service to our clients, following up diligently on all client questions.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, or another relevant field required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and estimating.
• Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction materials.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans and specifications.
