We are seeking a highly-skilled, detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team and help establish the beautiful landscaping that we are known for in our community. A successful candidate will be able to work well individually and in a team environment as well as have a proven ability to meet deadlines. This job requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating landscaping plans using technical software and overseeing the implementation of those plans on-site. In this position, the candidate will need to be able to multitask and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create a design for a landscape for a residential or commercial property.
• Present the design to the client.
• Create a design for a landscape for homeowner associations or HOAs.
• Create a design using CAD software.
• Design living areas.
• Design hardscapes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,835.00 - $54,015.00 per year
