Kleeschulte Outdoor Visions has been in business for 25+ years with an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau and 5 star rating on Home Advisor. We are a hardscape and landscape business. We do retaining walls, sod, pavers, plants, water features, drainage, lighting, pergolas, etc.

Responsibilities

-Understand and type up proposals daily for landscape and concrete jobs

-Main point of contact for homeowners (questions they have, helping them select the material they would like to use, scheduling, issues that may arise, etc.)

-Daily check in of the crews to make sure we are on track

-Follow up on bids not sold monthly and yearly

-Will be responsible for scheduling the jobs to be done

-Pull permits and DigRite's

-Accurately order material for the job sites

-Submit crew hours for payroll

-Post job positions and assist in hiring processes

-Maintain the office (organizing, vacuuming, trash, ordering supplies, etc.)

-Retention of bids not sold, jobs to be done, and completion of jobs

-Keep track of receipts and cost analysis of every job

-Assist in updating photos for marketing

-Must be a self starter and willing to work independently and with a team

-Could lead to sales in concrete and landscaping

-Perform other tasks or projects as assigned

Work Experience

-Experience in landscape industry a HUGE plus and preferred

-1 year of managing people required

-3 years working in an office setting required

-5 years of customer service required

-Proficient with computers/technology

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
