Leeds Resources is working with a client in the Clearwater area that is looking for a Land Development Project Manager. This position will be a on-site, so candidates must be local or relocating to this area. Typical responsibilities will include technical calculations and reports, site layout, grading and earthwork calculations, storm drainage, utility design, storm water management, erosion control design, and permitting of Land Development projects as necessary to achieve project goals.

  • Perform technical calculations, design, and plan production on Land Development projects using AutoCAD and Civil3D software
  • Assist with preliminary layouts, grading plans, design concepts, and detailed design drawings
  • Maintain positive client and partner relationships and promote our core values
  • Work as part of a high performing team to design all aspects of site design using AutoCAD and Civil3D software
  • Perform research and prepare engineering reports for storm water management, storm drainage, erosion control, and others as needed
  • Prepare local, state, and federal permit applications to support the project
  • Assist Project Managers (PM’s) on project related tasks
  • Analyze technical problems, develop new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions
  • Focus on quality and ensure the QA/QC process is followed
  • Participate in preparing project scopes, estimates, budgets and schedules
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering required
  • 4-6 years of experience in Land Development
  • Prior experience with AutoCAD Civil3D

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
